— The fund will be overwhelmingly invested in public securities, taking advantage of recapitalizations and discrepancies that are created across the entire capital structure.  We will also use our presence in the market and our extensive network to identify strategic situations where we can bring our operational expertise to bear as a means of creating long term value.
